@PDSA_HQ I just don’t understand how you can agree to have your name affiliated with a insurance company that does not put animal welfare first which I thought was a core part of your charity. If I had left her in pain for 14 days in then I would have been eligible for help

@PDSA_HQ I have been to a local vet and she needs a operation.PDSA insurance will not help me with the cost as I have not had the insurance for 14 days even though I couldn’t insure her until she was 8 weeks old. They would have preferred I left her in pain for 14 days before going.
