How is it possible for an @Uber driver to confirm possession of a passengers passport and then not respond to requests of its urgent return for 2 days? Please help get my sons passport back before Xmas 🤞@Uber_Support

@UberUKsupport The link doesn’t open when my son tries it. We have been in contact with Uber support for 2 days and no has managed to reach the driver yet. We are desperate but it seems you can’t call him and he won’t answer to messages.

Hi can someone help my son. He left his passport in an @Uber from Liverpool airport 2 days ago and the driver confirmed he has it but now isn’t responding to messages from @Uber_Support requesting its return. The driver Sean and drives an Audi A6. We urgently need his passport 🤞
