Dramatic bodycam footage captures two Tennessee police officers racing to save a one-month-old baby who was unresponsive and not breathing.

Knoxville Police Officers Clayton McWilliams and Veronica Jackson rushed to the child and immediately worked to clear the baby's airway.

Their quick actions paid off. Police say the baby began breathing normally within seconds of the officers' arrival.

Federal prosecutors say 35-year-old New Yorker Jessica Bowie planned to hide a bomb inside a DoorDash delivery bag and leave it at the New York State Capitol in Albany, hoping to kill as many lawmakers as possible.

Investigators say Bowie, who faces federal terrorism charges for attempting to provide material support to ISIS, scouted the Capitol several times, bought suspected bomb-making materials and unknowingly discussed her plans with an FBI source.

Authorities say she also talked about fleeing to Syria after the attack and later returning to target the president and Times Square, while the DOJ says additional charges could be coming.

Beachgoers were spotted abandoning the shoreline as dozens of migrants arrive by boat on a beach in Cartagena, Spain.

The group included 45 men, two women, and 15 minors. A witness says the people operating the boat quickly left the area after the migrants came ashore.

Spain's Civil Guard later located the group, which received medical treatment from the Red Cross before being turned over to National Police.
