I have 2 and work my arse off for them, if I had staff that couldn’t fulfil what I needed then they’re free to look for another job, preferably before my business goes up the spout

No one is forcing you to work for him there are many part time and flexible jobs. His business requires more than you can offer. Move on

@laurenotucker_ @avivaplc There isn’t an issue that’s just how their phone line operates. There’s threads online going back months saying the same thing along with scammers offering ‘alternative numbers’ to the desperate (albeit a lot) Don’t call any of those

@AnneBoden I also think it’s a bit unfair that as a genuine sole trader for 12 years, decent turnover, no CCJs or fraud, tax return and calculation uploaded and applied for under 25% of turnover.. I’m sat here wondering why Iv been declined.. BEFORE Iv even been declined 🤷🏻‍♀️
