Don't let a 10-minute problem consume a 24-hour day. The email was uncomfortable. The train was late. The conversation went poorly. Feel it, deal with it, then allow the rest of your life to remain intact.
Async code isn't "faster" overall—it's more efficient for I/O-bound work (network, DB, files) by avoiding blocking while waiting. The program can handle other tasks instead of idling a thread.
Why not everything async?
- CPU-bound tasks (heavy math, processing) still need real parallelism via threads/processes. Async won't speed them up.
- Complexity: Harder to reason about, debug race conditions, and maintain.
- Overhead: Event loops and scheduling add cost for simple cases.
- Ecosystem & simplicity: Many libs/APIs are sync-first. Straightforward code is often clearer and sufficient.
A senior Anthropic engineer just dropped 12-page PDF on "Graph Engineering" for multi-agentic systems.
The shift: your agents memory dies with their context window. A knowledge graph makes it permanent.
Extract → Resolve → Assemble → Query → Repeat
Every agentic graph has 5 stages:
• Extract: Haiku pulls entities and S-P-O triples. One call per doc. The Pydantic schema is the only training data.
• Resolve: Sonnet clusters "Edwin Aldrin" → "Buzz Aldrin" - zero string overlap - using descriptions as context.
• Assemble: canonical nodes, typed edges, provenance on every triple. One connected graph.
• Query: serialize a subgraph → Sonnet reasons over triples → every answer cites a specific edge.
Plug this into multi-agent systems as shared memory.
Workers write to it, evaluators fact-check against it, loops persist overnight with it.
This 12-page PDF changed how I'm building multi-agent systems today.
Read it now, then explore the article below.

Let's be honest, CSS can be pretty difficult.
I had a hard time learning it, but there are a few resources that can definitely help you to understand the style language of the web.
Here is a collection of my favorite ones.
A thread.
I’m only going to say this once.
Women originated the field of computer science.
The idea that we are less interested, competent, whatever the hell, is utter nonsense.
Please knock this crap off. We’re tired of doing our jobs AND dealing with this toxicity.
The wait is over! I've just released my free #Java course! 🎉
The course is designed for beginners to programming, so if you or anyone you know has been wanting to get into coding, this is a great resource to do so.

Dear developer,
Remember that whatever path you take, being in contact with other developers with the same interests is essential, to exchange ideas, get feedbacks, collaborate or make jokes
The other devs are your friends, not competitors.
We should always be open-minded.
@rafrasenberg I had a pre-pandemic subscription to the gym, and its been already 10 months since I stopped working out and I definitely feel the impact on my body condition and FOCUS! Also working from home for such a long time doesnt help at all :( hopping we ll get through this soon enough
