@SheenMalcolm@Oflyn73@IndigoFast@NicolaSturgeon Covid has not run its course. What makes you say that? How is it hampered?
Flu deaths for 2020 have not been fully compiled and we are just going into flu season. I would not expect numbers until November
A random graph from a random person with no source confirmation bias much
@Oflyn73@IndigoFast@NicolaSturgeon The false positive rate for the current test is 1%.
Low specificity is around 25%.
Accuracy is 71%.
There is no such thing as a test that is 100% for anything.
Come back when you actually know what you are talking about.
@SandraImlach @landofsunshine1 @NicolaSturgeon Nope an elected member of parliament can not be sacked or forced to resign from their position unless given a custodial sentence. Recall of MP's act 2015.
Best they can do is use the whip and make them sit as an independent.
@KDULLY1 @rsuttie@JohnMcH_@NicolaSturgeon Sure sure, and yet you can not even name one. (No idea what journals you subscribe too) so have the free pub med version https://t.co/mzJ8WD51cl

@KMotherofcats@NicolaSturgeon Numeracy is Just everyday mathematics.
What about if things get a little more complex than the everyday?
Why dumb things down?
@KMotherofcats@NicolaSturgeon How have the baselines changed?
We all need math and use it every day
We all read and need to understand the meaning
We all problem solve often
We all learn about the wider world
In what way is that not needed
@KMotherofcats@NicolaSturgeon School is about giving the base line in understanding, problem solving, language, interpretation, maths, reading and so on.

Ah yes anyone can hide behind statistics.
@Twytter17@Shona59138743@sqanews@JohnSwinney I guess thats just where we differ.
While I believe the Scottish education department is responsible. The SQA is their awarding body that would have devised the recommendations and set the scoring system.
Would be interesting to see who thought a geogrpical handicap was good
@Kaetror@luvaqours@sqanews So applying a geographical handicap, regardless of The quality of work submitted is your idea of fair?
Essentially meaning, that one individual has to achieve a higher mark than the other for the same result based purely on postcode.
And you do not see that as an issue.
@Twytter17@Shona59138743@sqanews@JohnSwinney You are aware that I want John to resign too?
I take it you have not heard of the project lead, the one that advises the Government minister with their plan and process for implementation.
