@openeir I reported fallen eir wires blocking the entrance to our home on October 28th and still 7 weeks later Eir have not bothered to remove these wires. They are a safety concern which eir obviously do not take very seriously. Who can I escalate this matter to?Case ref16546741

@AerLingus how am I supposed to get a refund from you if the phone number is not being answered and you will not accept my address on your website, I do not have a street or house number and it will not let me put my ACTUAL address in.. once again an absolute shambles!!!
