@LoriHayesAuthor I've been riding since I was 8. Plenty of amazing experiences and plenty of crappy ones too. Stomped feet, falling off, sprained neck, bruises, etc. Fortunately I never broke a bone. But I love them and the good outweighs the bad for me.

@jake_fluekiger The group should critique your work in a constructive way so as not to put you down. Also, find/create a group that writes in your genre/age range. People who read/write adult literary might not be able to effectively critique fantasy/sci-fi or YA/mid-grade, and vice versa.

@WriterSelenaP It doesn’t have to be, but there’s been a lot of women who have been abused in this kind of relationship. So red flags abound. Now you can say that about any relationship, but polygamy, specifically polygyny has a reputation of abuse toward women.

@WriterSelenaP There's nothing wrong with poly relationships. I've been in one. But polygamy is not polyamory. Polygamy is a controlling situation where the man has many wives and the wives are subservient.
