The website showed my bag was at the airport at 1pm and was still there at 5pm. I was on the phone with @Delta but was disconnected after 20 minutes. I need to start charging for my time because last time I waited 3 1/2 hours to speak with someone…in the middle of the night. 😒

When I arrived at my destination, my bag had not arrived. Come to find out, it was still at the airport I just left. I asked the @Delta desk agent when I would receive my bag and they informed me today (3/18/2022). It is now 3/19/2022 and still no bag from Delta.

When 4am came 2 @Delta agents informed me they didn’t have to change anything because when I changed my flight, the system automatically updated my checked bag in the system. I asked 3 times if they were sure about this and both of them said yes each time.

Changed my flight with @Delta and the agent informed me to go to the counter when the agents came in at 4am to inform them of the flight change so my checked bag could also reach my destination.
