How long are yall going to ignore the channel @replaydepartment ran by Gabi Jacobson to FALSELY copyright creators utilizing fair use and affecting their livelihoods?! This is a list I’ve compiled in less than 24 hours. I have more I haven’t logged yet.
There is a list of YouTube creators that requesting a HUMAN review of the Takedowns filed by Gabrielle Jacobson and approximate corrective action abiding by YouTube’s own TOS

@TeamYouTube I am requesting a HUMAN REVIEW and escalation regarding the YouTube channel @replaydepartment who I believe is repeatedly abusing YouTube’s copyright takedown system.

I have already spoken with YouTube Help Chat specifically about this creator and the ongoing copyright issues, yet the pattern has continued.

This is not about one disputed takedown. I am documenting what I believe is a PATTERN of false and/or improper copyright claims against many different creators content.

I have documentation including:
• Takedown notices
• Counter-notifications
• Original-source evidence
• Communications with YouTube
• Evidence showing the repeated pattern

YouTube’s own policies prohibit abuse of the copyright removal process. I am asking @TeamYouTube to review the HISTORY of that channel claims together—not simply evaluate each takedown in isolation.

Creators should not be able to weaponize YouTube’s copyright system against other creators.

Please escalate this for human review.
