I have now received three emails from @MetTVH about my complaint. Each one to tell me that the complaint has been received and that it will be looked into. In the meantime, the lift (that hasn't been working since July) is STILL broken.

So my response from @MetTVH was that they would inform my housing team about the lift that has been broken since July and someone would be in touch. They know! The lift has been broken since July! Just fix it. Please! I am at my wits end!

@MetTVH I just wondered what the next steps can be for a group of residents who have been reporting an out of service lift since July? I for one am fed up with the response of 'it's on our radar' from every level of your company.

I must say that @bt_uk do usually fix our buffering problem. What I can't understand is why it is so necessary so often. We just want to enjoy our favourite shows!

I know that @bt_uk will see this and I know they will check our connection and tell us it is OK but this is a joke! We are already paying more a month due to the fact we were given a halo but the buffering is just ridiculous.
