@EE I was supposed to have a free 6 month xbox pass which is the equivalent of ยฃ90. I have spoken to various dept and keep having to explain my situation. I am so angry with wasted hrs on the phone for this issue. I will be cancelling my contracts ASAP and won't use EE again
@EE I'm disappointed with not being able to access & use the supposedly free Xbox pass that is part of my broadband deal. 4 times I've had to phone customer service to try & sort it. Now been charged & still unable to have a free pass apparently until the end of the month ๐
@EE Absolutely disgusted by customer serv I've received this week from @EE I cannot believe that I have had to make 2 more calls & an online chat & I still can't get the issue sorted. Apparently a ยฃ20 credit is being added to my account but this does not cover what I agreed to.
@EE Well that might not be so easy to do. I have found it really hard to go through the automated system to then speak to someone from the broadband team. Yet again another waste of an hour on the phone then ๐
@EE I am concerned that I will have to spend another hour on the phone to customer service again at the end of the month to try and get this sorted. Why don't EE broadband just send a code to apply the pass rather than having to activate it in such a complex way?
@EE I was charged on my mobile bill. I have not been able to apply the free pass at all and this has now been going on for nearly 2 months. It's such a confusing system and I don't have any faith anymore that I will actually get the free pass sorted.

@NewLookHelp Hi I have a faulty item but this is now the 2nd one! Returned a jumper due a fault and received a refund last week. So reordered the jumper again and the same thing has happened...the elastic has snapped in the bottom of the jumper โน really disappointed.

@NOWTV disappointed with your response to my query about my Sky Sports pass. I realise your contact centres are closed but suggesting I cancel my pass doesn't help!! I'm paying each month for something I cannot watch. Will my pass be extended?
