@ThreeUK I’ve had no phone service now for over 2 months and I’ve spoke to you on live chat over 15 times and been told each time it will be back on within 24 hours. It never is. Nothing but issues since March 2020. Had 2 contracts for 5 years but definitely won’t be renewing!!!
@ThreeUKSupport And again, promises of it being sorted on Friday and still nothing. I have 2 young foster children both unwell and I can’t even receive phone calls now. I will be cancelling both contracts as soon as possible.
@ThreeUKSupport I have complained several times and complaints advise they will fix the issue and then they don’t or it is fixed for a few hours and then cuts off again. Nothing but issues with this contract since March 2020!
@ThreeUKSupport This is a joke, I’ve messaged you but no reply. I tried the link you sent on Friday and today and all your advisors are too busy. Now you’ve taken a further £80 from my account today, for what?! You owe me £400 from over charging me and I can’t even contact you to complain!!!
@ThreeUK issues with my contract for almost a year, overcharged by over £300 and never refunded. Since March you cut me off every month and I have to complain to get reconnected. I have just been told on chat I can’t speak to complaints as I owe money. I don’t, you owe me money!!
@ThreeUKSupport I have 2 mobile phone contracts with you, one has been fine but the other has been dealt with horrendously. Although each month we usually get the phone reconnected we have the same issues every month! Thank you for your help.
@HM_Passport can you please help? Been told my nieces passport is “being sent today” for the last 2 weeks and it’s still not been posted, we go on holiday in a week and despite raising a complaint we are still not getting anywhere!
Shame on this Government proclaiming the NHS is still open 9 months my husband - a cancer patient - has waited for someone to see him he has lost stones and now cannot eat so desperate he’s going to a and e today @MattHancock@MrAndy_Carter

@ThreeUK 5 times your complaints team have said I will receive the £300+ you stole from me “in 3-5 working days” still nothing. It’s a joke you took it from my account in the first place now your advisors can’t even push a button to refund me?! Ombudsman has been contacted.
@ThreeUKSupport it’s been with your billing team 5 times,still not a thing! Like I don’t have a mortgage to pay!Been on chat numerous time’s and all you will say is that it’s “definitely been sent” when it inevitably hasn’t I’ll have to get in a queue of 150 people and go through it all again.
