@TicketmasterCS I haven’t been given any reference despite my couple of requests/emails. I just got told to wait for the announcement of the rescheduled date which is clearly unacceptable coming from your customer service.

@TicketmasterCS Yes 5 months ago to be told to wait for a rescheduled date that I won’t be able to attend no matter when it is. It’s a pure struggle to get a refund with you guys.
