@hellspawn3200 @Lowes_Canada @LowesCares Thanks @hellspawn3200! They offered to fix it but each time a contractor comes in they continue to ruin my home and shower - just want my money back 🙁 Multi million dollar company should be able to return a customer’s money.

The contractor (a non certified plumber) admitted he hadn’t glued the pipes together which was the cause of the flood, damages, and black mold

@Boreas_Tractus @Bryan_Baeumler @LowesMedia @Lowes_Canada At no point did @Lowes_Canada remark about the joist during onsite visits. I brought in other local contractors to examine the shower and flood damages they pointed it out. One contractor offered to fix it for free and all parties said it wasn’t responsible for what went wrong.

What @Lowes_Canada @LowesCares took responsibility for but wouldn’t agree to repair. Cost me $450 to remove and went immediately to the doctor #lowescanada #lowescares #newlowforlowes
