@Lyyssaaaa13 C-section birth - you're a warrior, 1st of all. I gave birth vaginally in Dec. I cried starting PT bc I was so weak & didn't feel like me. 2 months later, I'm so much better! PT is great, & core strength does come back w/ time, but I know starting it feels like it never will 💗
