We are still processing how great The Right Royal Clean-Up was yesterday! An incredible 432 volunteers, across 15 locations, picked up a mind-blowing 591kg of rubbish off our coasts!

@BrittanyFerries Is the sailing Le Harve to Portsmouth back on for Thursday 13th at 5.30pm (French time). Everywhere shows it as scheduled now, not cancelled. thanks

@BrittanyFerries only reversing uk to france, or france to uk. as we were booked on le harve out, there are no other crossings until sunday. can’t change on the website to Caen.

@BrittanyFerries Our ferry tomorrow has been cancelled (le harve to portsmouth). the amended booking doesn’t let you change port (change to Caen for Friday). Have emailed but reply says can take 10 days to reply. Phone wait is longer than an hour. what can we do?!

@BrittanyFerries The call back went straight through to answerphone, and message to call again if help needed. Called again, and now message says can’t stay on line or have a call back as hours are not long enough. This is outrageous!
