So after @BritishGas swapping me from the prev owners payasyougo meter on 25/03. My gas switched off on 01/04. I loaded £49 onto card (no # on it - only chip) over 24hrs later meter still won’t load. Can’t get thru on phone, can’t get thru online. no heating or hot water day 3.
