On this Trans Day of Visibility, let us redouble our efforts to protect our trans neighbors, friends, and loved ones. At the same time, we must continue to shine a light on Republican attacks on this community, like legislation in Idaho that criminalizes trans individuals just using the bathroom. I will always stand up for the trans community!
BREAKING: The Supreme Court ruled against a law banning “conversion therapy” for LGBTQ+ kids in Colorado, one of about two dozen states that banned the discredited practice. https://t.co/Ex1CKTHX48
Our campaign would be nothing without your support. Thank you to my team, my endorsers, my family, and most of all, IL09. Let's run through the tape. 💙
I’m incredibly grateful for the support of New Trier Township Supervisor Gail Schnitzer Eisenberg, Cook County Commissioner Scott Britton, and this entire community.

Today I voted, alongside my sons Jeremy and Jacob and my husband Michael. I’m so grateful for all your support across the 9th district.
Participating in our democracy is one of the most important responsibilities we share, and it’s an honor to take part and make my voice heard.
If you haven’t cast your ballot yet, there’s still time—polls close at 7pm, and as long as you’re in line by 7, you can still vote. Democratic ballot #37.

It started with my family. It became a fight for yours.
For 13 years, I’ve taken on the toughest battles, passed nearly 200 laws, and delivered real results for our communities.
I’m ready to keep fighting for you in Congress.
Took a break from knocking doors for a team breakfast at 46th Ward favorite, Golden House — fueling up before getting back out to talk to voters.
This team is powered by small businesses. I’ve spent my career taking on the costs and barriers that make it harder for small businesses to thrive. Tomorrow, vote for leadership that shows up for our communities every day.
Ballot #37
For ten years, I fought to hold insurance companies accountable and won for Illinois families. This is what it means to do the work — not talk about it, but deliver real results that lower costs and protect people.
Tomorrow, we'll send that kind of change to Congress.

It started at our home in Glenview thirteen years ago, when my sons Jeremy and Jacob became my “why.” What began as a fight for my family became a fight for families across the 9th — for healthcare, safety, and a future our kids can count on. Thank you to everyone across IL09.
You can count on me.
One. More. Day.
One day to vote for safer communities, affordable healthcare, and a fighter who has taken on the biggest bullies in Illinois — and won.
