@Ryanair@RyanairPress Disappointing AGAIN. Overcharged for baggage when your scales machine broke, told it wouldn’t be charged, it has been! Then case comes back DAMAGED, you’re refusing to let me claim even though I paid for XCover insurance! How do I contact someone useful??

@Euroflorist_NL absolutely shocking service. Ordered flowers from the UK to my mother in law who waited in all day on her birthday for them. They didn’t arrive. They are ignoring me and refusing to give me a refund. Do not give your money to this company‼️
