@footlocker they use @DHLParcelUK for returns but dhl don’t ever seem to go to these stores to pick up parcels! Told me to go back to the store n drop off at another collection point! Did this, but the store couldn’t find my parcel! At a stalemate now! Iv no product, no refund!
