@SeinerKiaSLC negligent & damaged Parker's car. Brand new, 1st oil change, car dies, stranded on left shoulder of I-15. They apologized, oil filter wasn't on right. Then they screwed up AGAIN. Possible engine damage and an apology isn't enough.
