Isso já ocorreu >neste ano< após uma decisão esdrúxula do STJ no caso de uma menina de 12 anos, que reconheceu o estuprador como pai, em “união estável” com a vítima e o manteve em liberdade. É isso que essa PEC favorece.

Nós continuaremos combatendo esse horror com todas as nossas forças caso a bancada do estupro tente levá-la ao plenário.

Few people mention or highlight the intersex aspect of Elphaba . It’s almost as if it’s been completely overlooked, despite how it adds nuance to her identity, complexity. During her birth, the attending women debated her sex, with one calling her a “willful boy” and another asserting, “It’s a girl.” Even, the prologue includes characters gossiping about Elphaba’s sex & gender, emphasizing this layer of ambiguity in her story. #elphaba #wicked
