I just saw on the news that the price of a barrel of oil is negative for the first time ever. I understand maths, but I don’t understand economics...does that mean that they (the oil people) now pay you to take it off their hands?

I’ve been so used to lack of female role models coming up in the construction industry...but was absolutely shocked to find the same in landscape and horticulture. It seems that there a lots of us doing it, but not in senior positions, as leaders.
