@PetsatHome we bought a tape style extendable lead based on your in-store advice 24 hours ago, and our dog chewed through it in less than 5 minutes while he was wearing it today. Poor quality and surely not fit for purpose!

@PetsatHome It’s made for a dog so surely it should withstand some basics? It actually says on your in store signage to choose a tape one over cord for dogs that chew! It’s to be expected that a dog might put it in its mouth. To rip so easily, the lead is simply not fit for purpose.
