Although the text is the same, no scroll is. They all have different damage and conservation treatments. S.3490 is one of 800 scrolls to be conserved during the #LotusSutraProject.

#OTD in 676 CE, this Lotus Sutra manuscript was made!

Now 1,345 years old, it recounts the Buddha’s final teaching + has one of the earliest tabulated colophons (a formalised way to state who worked on a manuscript).
