[Laura Bradbury @lauralovesit]

@ted_baker can you point me in the right direction to resolve my dodgy purse issue?! Less than a year old and less than 6 months in use.....customer services don’t seem that fussed?

[Laura Bradbury @lauralovesit]

[Laura Bradbury @lauralovesit]

@BTCare Yes finally got through - not great customer care though

[Laura Bradbury @lauralovesit]

@BTCare The reason i tweeted is bc there are no online advisors available - have been waiting over an hour still no answer

[Laura Bradbury @lauralovesit]

@BTCare It says all is fine - but I think that's the land line checker this is a bt mobile issue

[Laura Bradbury @lauralovesit]

@BTCare No phone service for calls/texts and no 4g have wifi at home so can connect that way - in SK13

[Laura Bradbury @lauralovesit]

@BTCare is there a problem with mobile service at the moment?
