@British_Airways Ok. My feedback to BA would be that any decent business would issue refund/compensation as a matter of course and not make you fill in all manner of fiendishly complicated forms just to prove the full price flight you bought wasn’t honoured. It’s all wrong

@British_Airways We are now booked onto a 6pm flight which goes to Heathrow and not Gatwick which is where we were booked to go. We now have to get a taxi home at huge expense. And by the looks of it we could have got on the Gatwick flight after all!
