@GNRailUK you only run 1 train an hour from Welwyn North to Kings X and youve just cancelled it. Now 2 hours!! Surely the fast trains can make additional stops? Missed my connecting train. Weekend plans ruined!
@GNRailUK So we now have delayed additional compensation for the delayed service that is yet to improve. But still I pay £295 month to travel 4 days a week @OliverHealdUK any update?
@GNRailUK GNRail issued a statement that railcard holders would be issued up to 4 weeks additional compensation for the appalling new service. I was expecting end of August?
