@eDreams how do I actually speak to someone regarding refunds of nearly £600. The lack of communication available from this company is a disgrace, I’m regretting ever booking from you!
@kiwicom247 5 months in and no update? That is a joke I would not recommend your company to anyone and certainly not use you again. Can I please request that this is chased up - appalling customer service when stated 6 weeks to 3 months!!!
