Police Dog Finn was stabbed & nearly died; his assailant received NO punishment for this crime; the law sees Service Animals as mere "property". Stabbing a dog = breaking a window! Today, PC @Davewardell goes to Parliament to get the law changed #FinnsLawFriday.
