@mrsgfaz @SouthwestAir Their customer service has really declined. So sad from what I once considered the best airline. We had major issues with our vacation last year. Two were down with food poisoning for 5 of 7 day trip. $800 of medical bills they won’t help with and we had trip insurance 😡

I’m beyond frustrated with @SouthwestAir. Camryn’s recent flight back to Colorado was cancelled the night before her 6am flight with no explanation. There were no flights for 3 days that could get her back. Her dog was needing to be picked up and she had work.

@mrsgfaz @SouthwestAir American Airlines had no problem flying her out, and the flight left 30 min after the cancelled flight from @SouthwestAir. They say they would have put her on another flight however she was leaving on a Wednesday and there were no available flights til Saturday. Doesn’t seem fair

@mrsgfaz @SouthwestAir Not really. They gave me $100 voucher. That’s all they can or WILL do. I even asked for just the value be added to my rapid rewards account… not actual money. They ended up saying it was cancelled due to weather. That was premature. The storm ended in the middle of the night.

@SouthwestAir I can’t get refunded for the cancelled flight and would also like to be compensated for the expense through American Airlines. I’m going through twitter in hopes someone from @SouthwestAir will reply to me. Once a great airline, I’ve been disappointed several times recently.

We managed to get her in a last minute flight through American Airlines to get her to Denver to make the connecting SWA flight. I’ve been trying to reach someone @SouthwestAir , but have yet to reach a human. Still waiting on the return call from 2 days ago (I was told10 min wait
