@StonewaterUK I received the keys to my house 2 weeks ago I was told a problem was reported on the day we got the keys when chasing it up it hadn’t been.. I chased it up on Thursday and was told that someone will contact me within 2 days.. it’s now Tuesday and still no contact.

@FirstUtility never have I Been so frustrated with a company ever! Sent my meter readings over twice now with a forwarding address and still sending mail to old address and still sending us endless amounts of bills for old address but when you call through they don’t answer!! 😡
