@virginmedia I’ve been told 4 different things now and yet no one seems to know where my parcel is or when it’s coming despite being promised various things. How do I cancel and complain as this is absolutely ridiculous?

@virginmedia supposed to have our broadband delivered yesterday, received no delivery or tracking information. Customer service promised it would be there by 9pm. I’m still waiting with no information on if it’s even coming? I have no internet so unable to wfh

@virginmedia Yes multiple times and no one will offer any help except telling me to contact yodel who as you can see tell me to contact you. I need a new delivery set up to come as soon as possible. My complaints have been ‘resolved’ without actually being sorted

@virginmedia No it says I’d get information from yodel and it’s dispatched with them but I’ve had no email or text with delivery window and it’s now a whole day late meaning I have had to take a second day off work
