Feels as though the British people are under a constant barrage of assault from our own government. It’s too much. The rising cost of living is pushing as many as 16 MILLION people into poverty by 2023 in one of the richest countries in the world

I remember looking at British Gas at the time and their fixed amount was about £230. Kicking myself now.

Just went to a fixed tariff. So now my monthly gas and electricity have risen from £85 a month at the start of the year, which rose to £211 flexible in February, and now to £355.89 with fixed a month 😭😱😢because who knows what is about to happen. Scary times.
