Jason Schreyer was a lifelong New Democrat.
He was committed to public service and social justice.
I share the condolences of all New Democrats at his loss.
May his family be comforted in knowing the difference his life made to so many.
Your soulmate it whoever you put your energy into. It’s whoever you learn to compromise with. It’s whoever allows you to feel safe and accepted as you are. It’s who reminds you that you’re greater than your circumstance. Soulmates are the result of work.
3. You're suddenly an introvert
You're spending more time at home, learning, enjoying little things like making a home cooked meal. Because you're more energetically aware of who you're around, you're home more often, and enjoy time with yourself.
Not everyone wants to get better.
Some people do, but aren’t ready for all the work it takes.
Some people are just too comfortable in predictable misery.
Accepting this is part of maturing in life.
An old coworker who moved to BC surprised me at work today and LIFTED me when he ran to hug me. 🥹 Also today: My bf sent me the sweetest text that made me swoon with butterflies as if we just met.. 🙈 feeling blessed <3
