My twitter personality is just a Karen but I still cannot get over the fact that @AmericanAir delayed my flight 17 hours because of mechanical issues and didn’t provide a dime of compensation. Oh, and this is after they completely cancelled another flight I took last month.
Just me tweeting at @AmericanAir again. I requested the necessary paperwork so that I can file a travel insurance claim and have not heard back. Can you please help escalate?
Flight A1288 from DFW to PVR delayed 17 hours due to a mechanical issue. How can they not rectify this issue faster at their global hub? And we have no bags and a voucher for a $12 sandwich. Was thinking of switching my loyalty from United but now no way @AmericanAir
.@AirCanada my app clearly says that I was upgraded to business. The gate agents said this was a glitch and i did not get a seat even though they confirmed there are 2 empty seats. This is the worst customer service experience ever. Plese help. I’m in flight right now cc @united
