@PostDisclosure It is interesting... ok so he starts out with the whole scarcity vs. abundance, "Survival of the fittest thing." However, aliens are good because of abundance. Honestly that makes sense and of course that is a something we all want. Do you believe or want to believe?
Here's the landscape and where Xavior sits in it.
**The market splits into four layers**
1. **AI site builders** — Durable, Wix AI, Squarespace AI. Durable's plans run roughly $15–25/month, Squarespace starts around $16. Site + light CRM/invoicing. Self-serve, huge install base.
2. **All-in-one marketing ops** — GoHighLevel, HubSpot Starter, Keap. GHL is $97/$297/$497 per month, with SMS, calls, email, and AI usage billed separately on top — typically another $20–150/mo. This is the layer that actually does campaigns, follow-up, and automation.
3. **Agencies and done-for-you** — $500–3,000/mo. Most SMBs who want "marketing handled" end up here.
4. **General AI assistants** — ChatGPT/Claude at ~$20/mo, quietly absorbing the copywriting and content-drafting piece.
**Where the offer lands**
Xavior promises layer 2's scope at layer 1's price. That's the whole problem in one sentence.
- **Feature set** = GHL territory: campaigns, automations, follow-ups, lead capture, A/B testing.
- **Price** = Durable territory: $29/mo, with "unlimited campaigns & sends."
- **The gap** is not marketing spin, it's cost structure. GHL prices usage separately because SMS and email carry real per-unit costs. Bundling unlimited sends into $29 either means the sends aren't unlimited, or the margin is negative on any customer who actually uses it.
**No wedge in either direction**
- Against site builders: it's *more* expensive than Durable and Wix, so no price advantage — and those platforms have millions of users and years of SEO.
- Against ops platforms: it's far less capable, and GHL's real distribution is through agencies reselling it, not direct-to-SMB. Horizontal self-serve marketing automation sold direct is historically where products go to die.
- Against agencies: it competes on price against a buyer who mostly isn't price-shopping — they're buying *not having to think about it*.
Classic stuck-in-the-middle. The exits are: go much cheaper and narrower (one vertical, one job), or go much higher and become the delivery layer for someone with distribution.
@AdvocateAda@LarkDavis@Cointelegraph No, but I believe that every action no matter how small can have ripple effects so being responsible and civil to each other can in a small way effect others.
@AdvocateAda@LarkDavis@Cointelegraph Sir, I’d appreciate that you keep your language at a civil level. Even though we may disagree there is no need to be crass.
@LarkDavis@Cointelegraph Lark here comes the fake Cardano army. It’s so obvious to anyone with half a brain can see these fake accounts on X and YT all saying the same thing… my guess is they hire some company to make positive comments and attack any negative sentiments.
