@tfwrail 1933 from Euston to Crewe late arriving and the 2121 to Chester allowed to depart RT, missing the connection by minutes. Chester and North Wales coast passengers stuck here for nearly an hour now. Could the connection not have been held for just a few minutes?

Morning, this is a photo of the information screen on the Wrexham bound platform at Penyffordd at 0755 this morning. It shows the next two trains as just ‘delayed’. The 0800 to Wrexham was only 2 minutes late. Could it not show ‘expected 0802’ instead?

@bens2477 Penyffordd to Chester (Northgate). Regular service from Wrexham until September 1968. Should be a really straightforward journey between the two but connections at Shotton often not good and bus service is non existent.

Any idea what is going on at Wrexham General please? The 1502 to Chester ( and Holyhead) was shown to arrive at 1528 but has just disappeared off the screens. Lots of people waiting with no information.

@tfwrail Looking at journey planners for week commencing Monday 28th August, no trains are shown to run between Wrexham & Bidston. I can’t see any planned engineering work. Any idea why this is please?

@tfwrail I sometimes travel from CDF to PNF on the 1714 changing at WRX. It was possible to arrive at WRX at 1940 and catch the 1949 to PNF. Last week the 1949 was retimed to dep at 1935. This week it has been retimed again to dep at 1944, but doesnt connect. Any idea why pls?
