@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Please will you address @haven as they are refusing refunds for holidays they advertised online but not what we would receive when we get there. I have a severely poorly child and obviously going to haven would put her at risk & I’d just like my money back.

@BorisJohnson so you have finally closed schools but now you need to sort out Companies like @haven. School holidays are coming up and people just want to cancel so they don’t have to mix. However Haven have other ideas currently.

@haven Will you be refunding holidays? Or can I change my dates with you now free of charge?? I shouldn’t have to lose out on money because I have a poorly child who is high risk and her situation would be fatal if she got the virus.
