Seniors saw the lowest percentage of fulfilled ticket requests in the lottery for Men’s Basketball’s matchup against Pitt, with 12.5% of requests fulfilled.

Sophomores saw the highest percentage at 69.1%, accounting for 898 students.

Devastating aftermath of last night’s severe flooding in Valley Grove, West Virginia.

First responders continue search and rescue efforts while community members coordinate flood relief assistance and cleanup.

Severe flooding is sweeping through Wheeling, West Virginia.

Reports of vehicles being swept away, shipping containers wedged against Elm Grove’s Shilling Bridge, car rescues and gas leaks.

Flooding in Wheeling has apparently been very severe. Reports of cars floating down streams and potentially one person trapped in a vehicle. No confirmation of people affected, but I’m sure we’ll hear more soon.

"Why is it important for WVU to have a civics center that mirrors courses we already offer?"
The answer appears to be that the existing courses are subject to the principles of academic freedom. The new center partially avoids that principle for political control.

WVU confirmed Wednesday that three students have had student visas revoked by the federal government.

All revocations used “name found in criminal records check” as justification, according to WVU Director of News Communications Shauna Johnson.

A lawsuit filed by two blind graduate students at WVU alleges the University failed to provide them with equal access to course materials and technology.
