@NOWHelpTeam I am trying to use two different devices at the same time on the entertainment package.

@NOWHelpTeam I have 3 devices logged on my account, however I only have 2 devices in my home. One of these devices hasn't been used since 2020 therefore I don't understand why I am unable to use my two devices in my own house. Please can you advise!

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, sadly this hasn't worked and still we can only watch TV on one device as the error message is still showing, saying we are logged in on multiple devices

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, yes there is an error message which says that the device can't be watched because we are logged into too many devices. Online it almost looks like the Roku device has been registered twice.
