@UberEats your app kept finding me a driver and then cancelling, 5 times that happened. My food would’ve been frozen when it arrived and it was much later than scheduled. In the end I had to cancel as it still wasn’t on its way 50 min later. Got charged a fee! Ridiculous

@EurostarUK I’ve been trying to refund my booking due to unforeseen circumstance for a year and was told I couldn’t. And now you’ve changed your terms and conditions and no email or communication about it?! Now it’s too late, I can’t cancel and get anything back!
