Jury duty thread now that I can legally talk about it!! As much as I felt like I was being held h*stage by the g*vernment for 8 days (this is a joke), it ended up being a pretty interesting experience. (1/6)

Was dreading this at first, but ended up being glad I got to be a part of it. An emotional roller coaster. We needed 9/12 of us to be for the plaintiff winning and all 12 of us voted for him, he deserved it. Thankful for the right people winning and dishonest ones losing 🤍 (6/6)

Fun fact: jury duty pay has not changed in 50+ years, which is beyond goofy. Thank the Lord my job gave me pto to cover all 8 days 💘 (5/6)
