@kateauger If you wanna stay close, natural bridge state park in Kentucky is amazing. It’s a mini forested Grand Canyon in my opinion & has the biggest natural stone arches this far East. It’s amazing. Great cabins available too near by.

Complex trauma is often NOT as responsive to exposure treatments as traditional PTSD. Its causes & symptoms are often layered-- and FREQUENTLY entwined w/ dissociative barriers.

Exposure "therapy" w/ complex trauma can actually serve to REINFORCE those dissociative reflexes.

So Marques Houston married a 19 year old who was reported missing since she was 15 & she just popped back up dating him once she was legal age. These men really be getting away with crimes right in broad daylight.
