@fuzzygloom KOOL AID high in vitamins 25 cals per pouch i like to fill a cup with crushed ice, pour the kool aid in, and than top it off with just a little water so there’s more overal liquid :) ive been sticking with cherry but i may venture out with new flavours next time im out
