@santanderuk No, the letter says to call to make the payment - no option to pay online/bank transfer. Even though I had another letter, for a payment relating to the same thing- which gave me the option to make a online payment

@santanderuk you request a call to pay something, yet after 3 attempts and nearly 3 hours on hold, I can’t get through. So what now…..cue the bank charges for unpaid bills. Why can’t there just be an option to pay online like everywhere else!
