If an effect would compel a player to perform an action on cards whose privacy is secret or private, and if that effect specifies a type or quality of card, the player in question may ignore it instead.

@scarra Opened 2 and a half cases.
1st Case had 4 ON - 3 Legends 1 Poro
2nd Case had 2 ON - 2 Legends
Half case had 1 ON - 1 Poro

Seems like some cases clumped more ON and some less.
