Mark my words!
This guy is going to spark riots across the entire country.
That’s why he’s now frantically distancing himself from CJP, claiming his account was hacked and insisting he never called for any protests. If riots break out anywhere in the nation, these deep-state agents operating from the USA will be the ones truly responsible.

It’s getting what you legally deserve without begging.

I believe all these events are mostly organic and this is telling only one thing - Gen Z crowd is liking anything that is against the current establishment.
There are roughly 30-35% Gen Z in India today and they're going to vote in next national election. 2029 will be interesting.
@dibakardutta_ My mom worked at a company run by VirDas’s family, headed by B S Das and later by hisson. While living lavishly and using private jets, employees weren’t paid for nearly 7 years, then many including my mom were laid off in 2019 without compensation. "Very little" ainttrue
Rich influencers in India often pretend to be 'middle class' to sound relatable!
They frequently share sob stories (most of which are fabricated) of 'humble beginnings' to appeal to the masses.
Comedian Vir Das has recently claimed that he came to Mumbai with 'very little' and made it big in life. Wow, a beautiful story of introspection!
For those who don't know, Vir Das is the grandson of India's first ambassador to Bhutan. Brajbir Saran Das was a politician, diplomat and an IPS officer.
He served in top positions at Air India and the Airport Authority of India.
His grandson Vir Das went to 'The Lawrence School in Sonawar', where the annual fees are over ₹10 lakhs (as of 2026).
This comedian went to the United States for his bachelor's degree in the 2000s. Of course, he had 'very little' when he came to Mumbai.
Vir Das once did a comedy special about '2 Indias.' I come from the other India.
My grandfather fled East Pakistan to escape religious persecution during Partition and lived as a refugee in India.
After losing centuries of generational wealth overnight, my family worked tremendously hard to go from a refugee rehabilitation camp to having our own house.
The upbringing I received was starkly different from my grandfather's lived reality. I was privileged to study at an English-medium convent school, pursue higher education at DU without taking an educational loan or worry about living costs in Delhi.
This is a privilege which is still not available to millions of young men and women in this country. I understand this perspective and so have never claimed to have 'very little' of anything.
Do you think a socially aware comedian like Vir Das doesn't understand this? He does and still tells you sob stories of his 'humble beginning' at Bandra studio apartment.
But he isn't the first one. I have seen one of my favourite YouTubers, Ranveer Allahbadia (who went to Dhirubhai Ambani school), talk deeply about his 'struggles'.
We have all watched the infamous interview of Ananya Pandey deliberating about her 'struggles' in the film industry.
I know some people would now tell me that everyone has their own set of challenges, despite a privileged background. And I totally agree with it.
But the upfront disclosure of privilege is important. In the absence of that, you are trying to convince the masses that you are one of them.
You are not.
This is an appreciation post for the book I’m currently reading. Not because the author, @col_chaubey, is a friend, but because from its very first pages, it strikes a deep, resonant chord. It compels you to face life’s less comfortable truths with honesty and composure, rather than evasion.
What stands out even more is the quiet confidence with which it embraces the ethos of our civilisation. It reminds us that not everything of value must conform to contemporary benchmarks of progress. There is dignity, depth and a certain timeless strength in traditions and ways of being that have endured, even when they sit outside modern definitions of success.
His name was Colonel Sonam Wangchuk.
Not the activist. The soldier.
He was born in Sankar village in Leh, Ladakh. He left college midway to join the Indian Army. Commissioned in 1987.
In May 1999 Pakistani troops had occupied key mountain positions in Kargil. India was fighting to take them back.
On May 30 1999 Major Sonam Wangchuk led 40 soldiers of the Ladakh Scouts to Chorbat La. The altitude was above 18,000 feet. No artillery support. Deep snow. Extreme cold.
While moving toward the Line of Control the enemy ambushed his column from a vantage position. One of his soldiers was killed instantly.
Sonam Wangchuk did not retreat.
He held his column together. Then led a counter-ambush from the flank. His team killed the enemy, recovered weapons and raised the tricolor on that ridge.
Two army posts in that sector are now named after him. Sonam 1 and Sonam 2.
For his bravery he was awarded the Maha Vir Chakra. India’s second highest wartime gallantry award.
He retired in 2018 after 30 years of service. He lived quietly in Ladakh.
Yesterday morning he died of a heart attack. He was 61 years old.
India lost a real hero today. Not on a stage. On an 18,000 foot mountain in the snow, fighting for every metre of this country.
Rest in honour, Colonel.

Yesterday, on the way to rafting, guide told us to leave all our gear on the road before going down to the riverbank to get the boat.
One lady was carrying a cold drink bottle while walking from the road to the river bank, which is hardly 50 m away.
I asked her to finish it on the road itself because there are no garbage disposal facilities on the river bank. She completely ignored me and eventually threw it on the bank.
No matter how much we blame the government, if civilians don’t have civic sense, we will end up turning every city and beautiful place into garbage.
Gen Z needs to know this.
On November 26, 2008, when Mumbai was under attack by Pakistani terrorists, instead of responding firmly, the Congress government issued a joint statement with Pakistan.
Remembering the victims should never be selective.
On the night of March 23, 2003, heavily armed terrorists in Nadimarg Pulwama killed innocent Kashmiri Pandits men, women & children in cold blood. The memory of that tragedy still haunts us and must never fade.
“I miss the era before 2014, when movies had no propaganda.”
Meanwhile: villain holding a pitchfork symbolising a trishul, and the hero holding a hammer and sickle, literally forming the CPI (Maoist) symbol, a left-wing terrorist organisation now banned in India.
Coolie (1983).
My friend Rohan Sharma joined a matrimonial site to find a life partner,
That’s where he met a girl name Neha Mishra
She wasn’t just nice… she was perfect, according to him so he believed in her.
They started talking over phone calls too, they even met even many times, talked about marriage, families, even future plans.
After 7 months, she told him, her Papa is hospitalized and needs to be operated immediately..
She said, "Please help, I have no one except you"
Rohan didn’t even question once. Why would he? He thought she was going to be his wife.
Money sent twice.
Total? Around ₹1.5 lakhs.
And then one morning…
Her number got turn off, once and for all.
Where is she, Disappeared?
Her matrimonial profile? Deleted!
No closure. No explanation. Nothing.
But here’s the scariest part, it wasn’t just about money.
She knew exactly what to say, when to cry, how to build trust, how to make someone emotionally dependent… and then break them completely.
After 2 good years, she is seen, now her name is Ravina Singh, she is on the same matrimonial site with her new identity, for her new target 🫠
