@TMobileHelp @TMobile I have been dealing with T-Mobile for almost 2 weeks they have yet to fix the problem. They sent me a defective refurbished phone which I pay insurance on monthly and the keep on trying to push this over on Apple when it’s their refurbished phone 1/2

@TMobileHelp @TMobile to all the people stay far away as possible from @TMobile. They gave me a refurbished iPhone 12 replacement and the iPhone 12 charging cords do not fit this phone, including the one they sent me. I have insurance on all my phones and they will 1/2

that is defective. They standing by the product they are sending out. I been a customer for 6 years and this is the kind of treatment I get for it.

Not fix their mistake and give a iPhone 12 that is truly an iPhone 12. As of now I have no phone because I can’t charge it. The other things @TMobile has the most incidents of hacking problems that have resulted in in security leaks of our 2/3
